defconfig: mdm: Enable TUN & HID drivers for LE mdm 



  - TUN driver is used to route IP packets. As the
    Fluoride stack PAN profile requires TUN driver to
    route IP packet, So Enabling TUN driver.

  - Add support to compile various HID drivers.
