ARM: dts: msm: Set drd as default usb mode and control as pmic for msm8909w

This reverts 'commit ddb73fb9 ("ARM: dts: msm: Set default
usb mode as peripheral for msm8909w")'. PMIC provide notifications
for vbus and id detection. So, move the control to PMIC and set drd
as the default usb mode.
