defconfig: arm64: msm: Enable SWP_EMULATION for Android compatibility

The SWP instruction has been obsoleted for some time now, but may
still exist in some legacy android userspace applications. Enable
support for emulation of the instruction if required. Note that
actual use of the instruction requires userspace to set the abi.swp
sysctrl a value of 1; otherwise the SWP instruction will still
be undefined even with this Kconfig set.
