usb: type_c: pericom: Register with dual_role_usb class for role switch

dual_role_usb class framework allows userspace to perform role switch
between ufp and dfp by exposing sysfs attributes. Though the framework
supports data role and power role switch as well, but for pericom driver
allow only mode (ufp-dfp) switch as other features are not supported.
