ARM: dts: mdm: Add VADC channels for mdmcalifornium

Add support to read PA thermistors and case thermistors
on mdmcalifornium v1.1 platforms. Register the VADC channels
for thermistors as part of thermal zone for clients to
read the temperature from thermal zone sysfs nodes.
