ASoC: msm: qdsp6v2: update Configuration ID for multi AAC decoder 



Configuration ID for multi AAC decoder is changes from
ASM_MEDIA_FMT_DOLBY_AAC to ASM_MEDIA_FMT_AAC_V2, so make
changes accordingly while using multi AAC decoder
