ARM: dts: msm: reduce VDD_APCC CBF CPR turbo voltage margins for msm8996v2

Based upon hardware characterization, the CBF Turbo corner
open-loop voltage margin may be reduced by 130 mV and the
closed-loop voltage margin may be reduced by 115 mV on MSM8996v2
parts which have CPR fusing revisions 2 or 3.  Specify these
new margin adjustments in order to save power when operating the
CBF clock at its highest frequency.

Also specify LVT and sLVT voltage margin adjustments per CPR
fusing revision in order to ensure minimum power consumption.
