Pull NFS client bugfixes from Trond Myklebust:
 "Hightlights include the following stable fixes:

   - NFS: Fix an incorrect type in struct nfs_direct_req

   - pNFS: Prevent the layout header refcount going to zero in
     pnfs_roc()

   - NFS: Fix unstable write completion"
