staging: vt6656: replace custom BOOL definition with bool



Checkpatch findings were not resolved, just make direct replacement
plus a couple of conflicting types in declarations.

sed -i 's/\bBOOL\b/bool/g' drivers/staging/vt6656/*.[ch]
