staging: unisys: fix CamelCased ControlVM globals 



Fix the CamelCase global names:

ControlVm_Pending_Msg => controlvm_pending_msg
ControlVm_Pending_Msg_Valid => controlvm_pending_msg_valid

Update all references to use the corrected names.
