powerpc/configs: Drop no longer needed CONFIG_LIBCRC32C



Since commit 300ae149 ("netfilter: select LIBCRC32C together with
SCTP conntrack") we no longer need to set CONFIG_LIBCRC32C in our
defconfigs.
