ASoC: Intel: bytcr-rt5651: enable MinnowBoard Turbot quirks



Define DMI quirk for rt5651 eval board connected to MinnowBoard
Turbot. The only difference with a MinnowBoard MAX is that the MCLK
pin is enabled on the LSE connector
