ARM: dts: SiRF: add lost usp1_uart_nostreamctrl pin group for atlas6



this patch adds lost usp1_uart_nostreamctrl pin group for atlas6, which
matches with the change in drivers/pinctrl/sirf/pinctrl-atlas6.c.
