staging: unisys: cleanup UNISYS_VISORUTIL

Commit 53490b54 ("staging: unisys: move periodic_work.c into the
visorbus directory") removed the Kconfig option UNISYS_VISORUTIL, but
left one reference in a Kconfig select. Remove this last reference.
