mwifiex: support NL80211_HIDDEN_SSID_ZERO_LEN for uAP



mwifiex uAP supports NL80211_HIDDEN_SSID_ZERO_LEN type of hidden
SSID only. NL80211_HIDDEN_SSID_ZERO_CONTENTS is not supported.
