replace obsolete CONFIG_DYNAMIC_PRINTK_DEBUG with CONFIG_DYNAMIC_DEBUG



former is obsoleted by latter, done by

most defconfig mentions have been removed in the big defconfig cleanup, but the one
in s6105_defconfig remains.
