Revert "tty: serial: imx.c: Reset UART before activating interrupts"



This reverts commit e95044ba.

Commit e95044ba ("tty: serial: imx.c: Reset UART before activating
interrupts") terribly messes up with the console on mx6 boards, so
let's revert it.
