regulator: tps6586x: Use regulator_list_voltage_linear for dvm/ldo4/sw2



The voltage tables for dvm/ldo4/sw2 are actually linear mapping.
Thus convert dvm/ldo4/sw2 to use regulator_list_voltage_linear.
