staging: rtl8192u: add spaces around '=', '+=', '<', '||'



This fixes the checkpatch.pl errors:
ERROR: spaces required around that '=' (ctx:VxV)
ERROR: spaces required around that '+=' (ctx:VxV)
ERROR: spaces required around that '<' (ctx:VxV)
ERROR: spaces required around that '||' (ctx:VxE)
