ARM: dts: msm: disable mdss_mdp node for APQ8098 mediabox



APQ8098 mediabox shall use the new SDE driver.
Disable the mdss_mdp device node on APQ8098 mediabox to avoid
duplicate probes.

Also make HDMI as the primary display for APQ8098 mediabox.
