Revert "ARM: dts: msm: Add v4l2 rotator node to msm8996"

This reverts commit 152fc477 ("ARM: dts: msm: Add v4l2
 rotator node to msm8996").

Smmu attachment failure is reported on v4l2 rotator in devsp.
Revert v4l2 rotator node back to mdss rotator node in devsp
until the smmu issue is resovled.
