ASoC: core: Introduce SOC_DOUBLE_VALUE macro



With the new macro we can remove duplicated code
for the SOC_DOUBLE type of controls.
We can also remap the SOC_SINGLE_VALUE macro to
SOC_DOUBLE_VALUE
