camera: add pix fmt Y10 to support RDI for mono sensor 



 - V4L2_PIX_FMT_Y10 is a format for mono sensor. Add this format in isp
   axi driver to support RDI(RAW data interface) output for mono sensor
   of 10 bits per pix.
