ARM: dts: msm: Update CCI@300 Mhz virtual corner mapping

Commit ef14f687 (Adjust the NOM corner CPR configuration
for 8939) raises the voltage/quotient offset for virtual
corner 12. This corner is also used for mapping CCI@300 Mhz
and causes a power-impact for all the cases where CCI is
at 300 Mhz.

Reduce the  CCI@300 Mhz to virtual corner 11 which moves
CCI to the same voltage/quotient mapping as earlier.
