ARM: dts: qcom: fix sdhc node's clock info in plutonium

The clock information for sdhc device nodes were incorrect. Since the clock
driver has been enabled, the proper clocks should be used. There are only
two clocks per sdhc node in plutonium.

Also fix the indentation in this change as well.
