ARM: dts: msm: disable the PON peripheral of PM8004

Currently, the secondary PMIC (PMi8994, PM8004) PON peripherals
are configured in the same way as that of the main PMIC PM8994.
However, it is desired to leave the PON peripheral of PM8004
just to have the settings done by the bootloader and not
configured by the HLOS. Hence disable the PON peripheral defined
for PM8004 to achieve it.
