ASoC: msm8994: Update ignore_suspend settings for widgets

During device suspend, some of the codec widgets may get turned off and
this can possibly result in loss of audio during suspend, which is not
the intention. Mark the 'AIF4 VI' and 'VIINPUT' widgets to ignore the
device suspend as these widgets are expected to be turned ON even if
suspend is attempted.
