ARM: dts: msm: use batt_therm for BMD for PMI8994 on MSM8994 



Use the battery therm resistor instead of the therm and id pins for
battery missing detection. This is to fix an issue where the sysok pin
on the PMI8994 goes low and causes a reset on debug board powered set
ups when configured to be batt_therm + batt_id.
