ARM: dts: msm: add PMD9635 stub regulator devices for MSMZIRC



Add stub-regulator device nodes for the PMD9635 regulators because the
MSMZIRC simulator does not yet support PMD9635 regulator registers and
because RPM regulator support is not yet in place.

Add voltage corner stub-regulator devices for SMPS 5 (VDD_CX) and LDO 9
(VDD_MX) in order to support corner based consumers.
