ARM: dts: msm: Enable WriteBack interface on MSM8994 Liquid



During msm8994-liquid bring-up, writeback was disabled for quick
turn-around. But writeback is essential for use-cases which require
rotation and/or WFD. Enable writeback interface to support these
use-cases.
