ARM: dts: msm: Enable SSPHY MPM interrupt mapping for 9630/8994 



SSUSB PHY can generate interrupt in XO shutdown when SSUSB bus
resume is being initiated by host. Hence add MPM pin and power
event IRQ related dts entries which are connected with SSUSB PHY.
