ARM: dts: msm: Update apq8084 cpufreq table 



8084 voltage plan has been updated to add the 2.5GHz
support. Update cpufreq table to make sure the cpu
scaling can go up to 2.5GHz.

Also, update the bus bandwidth voting based on the
latest bimc freq table and account for the wider bus
width when calculating the clock/bandwidth.
