ARM: dts: msm: update PM/PMi8994 regulator voltage ranges for msm8992 



Update the voltage constraints for PM8994 regulators LDO24, LDO26,
LDO31 and PMI8994 regulator boostbypass in order to match the most
recent hardware documentation.
