power: qpnp-smbcharger: Add support to configure FCC and FV compensation

Add the following device tree properties so that they can be
programmed based on the configuration when the driver probes.
1. qcom,fastchg-current-comp for configuring the fastcharge current
   (FCC) compensation.
2. qcom,float-voltage-comp for configuring the float voltage
   (FV) compensation.
