ARM: dts: msm: Move msmkrypton-bus.dtsi where it belongs

Change 5dc919b6 moved
QTI-specific changes device tree files into the
arch/arm/boot/dts/qti directory, but it seems like one file
was later submitted to the wrong place. Fix that.
