ARM: dts: Correct VENUS_WRAPPER_VBIF_PRIORITY_LEVEL for apq8084 



The correct register setting for VENUS_WRAPPER_VBIF_PRIORITY_LEVEL
should be 0x5555556 rather than 0x0.
