hwmon: qpnp-adc: Add smb batt_therm mapping table

The batt_therm connected to SMB THERM uses a
100K pull-up. This channel can also be read through
PMA8084 VADC. Add resistive divider table that
converts voltage to temperature in decidegC for the
corresponding battery thermistor.
