ARM: dts: msm: add configs for PMA8084 GPIO/MPP on APQ8084 based devices



Add configuration tables in order to capture APQ8084 MTP, CDP and LIQUID
specific configurations for PMIC PMA8084 GPIOs and MPPs.

Configure gpio 15, 16, 17 and 18 in DIV_CLK funtion.
Configure gpio 11 as input, it is an interrupt source for USB insertion
detection.
Configure gpio 9 and 20 as outputs, each drives an external regulator chip.
Configure mpp3 as output, it drives the external 5V regulator chip.
Configure mpp7 as output on liquid, it drives the external regulator
used by the gps chip.
Configure gpio 8 as output on liquid, it drives the external regulator
used for OTG.
