msm: 8084: Remove auxdata mapping for sdhc and ufs devices

Boot device is exposed to the clients using a symlink at
/dev/block/bootdevice. Remove the msm_sdcc.x and msm_ufs.x
mapping that is no longer required. Also update clk lookup
entries for sdhc and ufs.
