ARM: dts: msm: specify per-RO APC1 CPR step quotient values for msm8994v2



Specify the appropriate CPR step quotient value to use for each
ring oscillator (RO) of VDD_APC1 on MSM8994v2.  This ensures that
the same CPR dynamic voltage margin it used regardless of the RO
selected for a given device.  This will lead to small power
savings for devices that utilize RO6.
