msm: media/platform: Set the default of CONFIG_MSM_CAMERA=n

CONFIG_MSM_CAMERA should only be compiled when CONFIG_MSM_CAMERA is
defined the board defconfig.  Setting this by default to y causes
compilation errors in newer platforms unless explicitly disabled in
defconfig.
