ARM: dts: msm: Enable FUNC_SEL selection for MI2S pins on 8994

The active and sleep states of the pmx_pri_mi2s and
pmx_pri_mi2s_sd0 pins are each combined under one pin
function definition which prevents change over from mi2s to
general purpose function during sleep thereby leaking some
extra power. separate out the sleep and active states under
their individual nodes and reconfigure the pins to
input-enable during sleep state to enable this power saving.
