ARM: dts: msm: disable rpm-smd stand-alone mode for msmsamarium

Remove the rpm-standalone flag for msmsamarium so that RPM SMD
resource requests are sent to the RPM.  This is necessary so that
the hardware state of various resources (regulators, clocks,
buses, etc) is changed based upon consumer requests.
