defconfig: msmkrypton: Enable QCACLD



Enable QCA Converged Linux Driver(CLD) Low Latency driver for
WLAN operation. CLD is CFG80211 based WLAN driver for QCA6174
chipset. This driver is required for SoftAP operation.
