ARM: dts: msm: Add a2 bam irq to mpm bypass list. 



Modem to Apps interrupt HWIRQ61 has to be on the bypass list,
to allow the Apps Subsytem to release XO clock at Suspend.
When the device is in XO Shutdown, Modem is also in Sleep,
and the interrupt will not be triggered.
