ARM: dts: msm: add coresight support for 8994v2



Add support for CoreSight devices for MSM8994v2. This includes adding v2
CoreSight device tree file and renaming existing CoreSight device tree
file. Add an additional funnel connection in v2 processor trace path
required for processor flow tracing.
