ARM: dts: msm: Add a DTS file for SMB1360 with PM8916 for 8909 MTP 



Add a DTS file to support PM8916 configuration for 8909MTP
with SMB1360 external charger. Add the required DT nodes to
enable SMB1360 and disable the internal charger.
