ARM: dts: msm: Increase Data and Desc FIFO size of USB BAM's Pipes

This change increases Data FIFO size from 32KB to (64KB - 1) and Desc
FIFO size from 8KB to 16KB for USB BAM's pipes used for BAM2BAM
communication with IPA BAM. It allows to have consistent aggregated
DL and UL data transfer for better data throughput.
