msm: camera: Ignore error during disable camif

Stream OFF sequence in ISP is changed recently where CAMIF is
disabled immediately instead of frame boundary. This changes state
of CAMIF to halt. When ISP is reset followed by CAMIF disable, ISP
hardware generates false error interrupt indicating that CAMIF is
halt when hardware reset is performed. Ignore this error since it
happens during normal operation.
