ARM: dts: msmkrypton: Add nodes for USB3 DWC3 and its HS and SS PHYs

Add USB3 DWC3 node to device tree with required properties and
regulators for msmkrypton.
Add HS and SS PHY nodes for the USB3 DWC3 with their required
properties.
